Handover
Handover is a crucial final step where we ensure your project finishes properly, and you take possession without loose ends. We coordinate and attend the final inspection, defect walk through and ensure all agreed works are completed or scheduled for rectification. We oversee the handover of all documentation, including warranties, certificates, manuals & more. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, organised transition from construction to occupancy, minimising post-build stress and setting you up for long-term satisfaction with your completed project.
